Youth Building

50’X 52’            10 - 8' tables and 100 chairs

Capacity is 173 People

$500 a day (8am to 1am)

One half (1/2) of the rental ($250) to secure your date. (Non-refundable if you cancel but you can reschedule-up to a year).

$200 clean up/damage deposit (cash). This is refunded if everything is clean and nothing is damaged.

 

If you will be consuming alcohol you will need to get security through GCF&R. Two (2) officers for a minimum of 4 hours at $40 each (a minimum of $320.00) unless it is a holiday weekend then it is $50.00 each (a minimum of $400.00). Quinceñera's will require a minimum of 3 security officers for the first 200 people and one additional officer for every 150 people thereafter.

Kitchen with 2 ovens, stove top, microwave, and a refrigerator.

Men and Ladies restrooms.      AC and Heat     110v Only

 

Ed Pickett Memorial Hall

60’ X 120’       30 - 8' tables and 300 chairs

Capacity is 400 People

$1,000 a day (8am to 1am)

½ of the rental ($500) to secure your date. (Non-refundable if you cancel but you can reschedule up to a year).

$600 clean-up/damage deposit (cash). This is refunded if everything is clean and nothing is damaged.

$1,000 a day (without restrooms) $1,500 a day (with restrooms) (8am to 1am)

Open air facility. It’s 160’x100’ Includes a stage that is 20’x30’ No kitchen available

$400 clean-up/damage deposit (cash). This is refunded if everything is clean and nothing is damaged.

Livestock Pavilion

$200 clean-up/damage deposit (cash). This is refunded if everything is clean and nothing is damaged. PA system & Livestock Office not available with rental
